Meet Our Team
Kelly Crane has a BA in Business Management, MA in Global Organizational Management and has been a licensed fiduciary since September 2013 and has maintained a membership with the Arizona Fiduciary Association since 2014. She has been working in the industry since March 2012 where she got her start working under another licensed fiduciary working as a Geriatric Case Manager. Kelly also holds the credential of Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and previously sat on the Board of Benevilla. Kelly is resourceful and has developed many relationships throughout the Phoenix area to ensure the highest levels of care are being offered to her clients.
"Licensed through the Arizona Supreme Court to help individuals maintain their independence or support them during incapacity. My goal is to determine the unique needs of each individual in order to best serve them."

Stephanie Hollander is a Licensed Fiduciary with over 10 years experience. Stephanie's role as Accounting Manager and Licensed Fiduciary, includes managing the client's assets and working with financial institutions, lawyers, accountants and care managers to meet the needs of her clients. She has a great understanding of the Fiduciary field and the ability to assess each client's needs and ensure that they receive the best care and financial management possible. With a background in law and her past experience, Stephanie also brings the ability to understand the legal process, allowing her to better assist our clients as well as our organization. Stephanie is a member of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association.

Jordan studied Business Management at the University of Evansville, IN and then subsequently at ASU. He worked in the construction industry under his father and previously managed a cellular communications store before moving into E-commerce web development. Jordan originally started helping his wife part time with ELS and her passion for helping others and then in 2016 left "corporate" employment to come on board full time as the company was rapidly growing. Jordan currently serves ELS in the capacity of tracking and handling client finances as well as coordinating its team members on their tasks and duties.

Don moved to Arizona in 2006 after retiring from the General Contracting and Real Estate Development firm that he owned for 25 years. In 2013 Don co-founded Belay Global, an international mission organization that creates Kingdom entrepreneurs and working professionals to reach the world for Christ. He is also a former-partner in an energy company in Rwanda, Africa that specializes in Hydro-Electric power project development. Don enjoys solving problems and helping creating solutions for some of the tough financial situations our clients may come to us with. With his background and expertise in all things construction he is also an extremely valuable resource for our clients that are homeowners.
